Fiona Hardingham is a producer and the founder of Adapted Pictures, a company focused on ambitious filmmaking that creates thought-provoking work in service of a more compassionate society.

Adapted's slate includes the award-winning, BFI Network-funded short OUR SISTER by Rosie Westhoff, winner of Best British Short at the Leeds International Film Festival. Most recently, the company participated in Film London's 2025 PFM New Talent Strand, and was showcased at UPstream, Film London's platform for early-stage IP projects. Adapted has since been selected for the 2026 JETS Initiative (Junior Entertainment Talent Slate), an international co-production lab held during the Berlin International Film Festival.

Since its formation, Adapted Pictures has won the Gold Screen Award from the YDA for its Dream Pitch TV series, and has participated in leading national and international programs including Torino Series Lab, Film Independent's Project Involve & Producing Lab, and the Gotham Market Global Producer Hub. Adapted has received development funding from the BFI Network, the BFI Young Audiences Content Fund, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
