Adapted Pictures was founded by Producer Fiona Hardingham & BAFTA Nominated Director-Writer Rosie Westhoff. Adapted focuses on distinctive and ambitious filmmaking, creating thought-provoking work that inspires conversation toward a more compassionate society. Work includes award-winning BFI Network funded OUR SISTER (Leeds International Film Festival ‘Best British Short’). Most recently, they participated in Film London’s 2025 PFM New Talent Strand with Rosie’s debut feature THE HUM and were showcased at UPstream, Film London’s innovative IP platform for early-stage projects. The team has since been selected for the 2026 JETS Initiative (Junior Entertainment Talent Slate), an annual international co-production lab held during the Berlin International Film Festival.
Since formation the duo have won the Gold Screen Award by the YDA for their Dream Pitch TV Series. They have participated in leading national and international programs, including Torino Series Lab, Film Independent’s Project Involve & Producing Lab, Stowe Story Labs, Gotham Market Global Producer Hub, and have received development funding for their slate from the BFI Network, the BFI Young Audiences Content Fund, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
